Crossroads Urgent Care in Omaha, NE provides you with prompt, personal, and professional medical care. We can treat your urgent minor injuries and illnesses- conditions that DO NOT need to be seen in a hospital emergency room, but still DO need medical attention. Our Adult and Children’s Urgent Care Omaha clinic located near 72nd and Dodge also provides many well-care health services and occupational health care. At Crossroads Urgent Care Omaha, we accept all insurance, including Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Aetna, UHC, and more, but you should check to verify if in-network with your specific plan.

To help us serve our patients, please try to arrive 30 minutes before closing. However, depending on patient situations, 30 minutes might not be enough, so we appreciate your patience and understanding.

Crossroads Urgent Care is a walk-in clinic located in Omaha, NE near 72nd and Dodge, open seven days a week, including all holidays (hours vary by holiday). Please note, however, that we check-in our last patient of the day 15 minutes prior to the scheduled closing time. Occasionally when our treatment rooms are full in the last hour, we may stop admitting more patients earlier. We stop drug screen collections three hours prior to our closing time. We are a walk-in medical clinic, so no appointment is needed to be seen by one of our urgent care Omaha physicians near you.

Lloyd Pierre, MD
Dr. Lloyd Pierre Jr, MD

Dr. Pierre was born in Puerto Rico. He received his medical education from the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio and at the University of Nebraska Medical Center Family Medicine Residency program. He served as a Flight Medicine Physician in the US Air Force for many years.

After retiring from the service, Dr. Pierre worked at clinics in Omaha and Council Bluffs. In 2011, he became one of the founding physicians of the Sancta Familia Medical Apostolate in Omaha. Dr. Pierre has been the medical director for Urgent Care Omaha clinics since December 2013.

Simone Assaad
Simone Assaad, PA

Simone Assaad is a compassionate and experienced Physician Assistant. With a Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Midwestern University and certification by the NCCPA. With 10 years of experience in urgent care, Simone combines medical expertise with a personalized approach to deliver high-quality care. She believes in the importance of patient education, helping individuals understand their health conditions and treatment options. She joined Urgent Care of Omaha July of 2022.

Natalie Roberts
Natalie Roberts, APRN, FNP-BC

Natalie Roberts APRN, FNP-BC is a board certified nurse practitioner with over 15 years of combined nursing experience in emergency medicine, intensive care, inpatient cardiology, outpatient surgery, and long-term care-rehab. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in nursing from the College of Saint Mary in 2009 and received her Master of Science as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Clarkson College in 2019. She joined Urgent Care Omaha in August 2020.

Macy Deeds
Macy Deeds, APRN

Macy Deeds started her healthcare journey as a nurse in 2012. While working as a nurse she decided to further her education and gain her Master’s degree from Clarkson College. She graduated as an APRN in 2018. Since graduating she has practiced mostly in emergent and urgent care settings. Macy joined the Urgent Care of Omaha team in 2024 after moving back to the Omaha area.
