When my sister came in with a staph infection, Michelle and Bridget at the front desk were exceptional. They were not only incredibly informative and helpful, but also guided us through our insurance questions. They even recommended a pharmacy that was still open, ensuring we got our antibiotics without having to wait until the next day. Impressive service!

Was in and out quickly going early. They were transparent about billing practices and guided me to make the best decision without deciding for me.
I have a pretty obvious sinus infection and they were friendly about keeping my costs low while still giving me a prescription and sample for my sinuses. I know they probably can't always do it but on self pay it was appreciated.
